Today’s guest is Jacob Bustos, a chef, cooking coach, and foodie who’s been working in the food industry for over two decades, now managing several Panera restaurants in Southern California.
Jacob underwent a life-saving bariatric procedure in 2012, sparking his 160-lb weight loss journey. Jacob followed this surgery up with a traumatic skin removal surgery that nearly ended his life.
This journey was a very private and personal experience that affirmed Jacob’s purpose: “Feed people with much healthier options.”
Today he’s on a mission to share his story and insights on portion control and weight loss habits to inspire a healthier, brighter world.
